20-year-old female patient was admitted with complaints of girdle-like abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. A history pancreatitis 2 years ago found in the patient’s anamnesis. Physical examination showed tenderness epigastric region, other system examinations were normal. In laboratory tests, amylase as 1249 ıu/l, lipase 1068 u/l, CRP (C-Reaktif Protein) 49.83mg/l they to be high. Liver function kidney tests electrolytes abdomen ultrasonography, pancreas reported have increased size mild edema. The hospitalized these findings intravenous fluid replacement started. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) performed on whose vital stable. MRCP that common bile duct pancreatic joined at 17 mm proximal from normal anatomic location. Anomalous pancreaticobiliary junction (APBJ) is a rare congenital anomaly recent its diagnosis frequency has due widespread use advanced radiological such MRCP. purpose this case presentation present APBJ we detected recurrent attacks.
